Good as new!
This one is connected to a smart home system for whole home automation.
And other lighting fixtures!
Everything you see in this image I had a part in either building or re-constructing. From the bench to painting the fence this photo encompasses a multitude of my skills and represents the pride and joy of my handywork.
(Still under construction)
All cleaned up!
I built the bench, wood storage (in the background) and the gravel / stone path landscaping.
I built the wood storage as well as the stone path and mulch bed.
The existing deck was completely rotted out, I re-built the deck adding in the unique pattern of the orientation of the boards as well as a French drain and sump pump to keep the new deck dry.

Added lighting to the columns when the deck was removed so the wires are completely hidden.
Not only lighting on the columns but hidden lighting in the roof structure

If its light up, I designed & installed it. From the fence lights to the pathway light and the spot lights.
The lights can be controlled independently through the smart home so you can easily turn off the fence lights and highlight more of the greenery.
Water features are one of my personal favorites. Getting the lighting just right ensures the perfect ambiance to any evening.
The Existing junction box for this vanity light was not centered with the sink. So I custom designed and 3-D printed a bracket to offset and center the light without the need to re-model the wall.

The junction box for this outlet is significantly sunk into the wall resulting in an undesired bend in the outlet faceplate or even some which the faceplate could not reach. Instead of the need to remodel the wall, I designed and 3-D printed additional supports to bring the outlet up to the surface of the wall
Outlet is now flush with the faceplate and the faceplate is flush with the wall
This is a view of the individual support which I designed and 3-D printed to fix the issue of outlets being sunk into the wall as described in the previous photo. The thickness of this support was precision engineered to allow the outlet cover to still fit completely flush with the wall.
The existing Discharge (RED) was being held off the ground and discharging into the neighbors backyard. I re-routed the discharge to go down and underground as soon as it exited the house. I then trenched the new discharge over to a previously abandoned pipe that discharges into a retention pond. I was able to salvage this abandoned pipe and connect to it reducing the amount of disturbed soil necessary while not only hiding the discharge pipe from view but also getting the water away from houses
